Production Time
Each VinNoir Latex piece is handcrafted to order and made in Italy.

Production time: requires on average 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.
Custom orders and made to measure: May require additional time; it is recommended to inquire before making a purchase.

We do accept installments for orders over 600 euro, please contact us for further info.

Rush orders: May be accepted with an additional fee, to be discussed based on the project and availability.

Please notice that all prices are inclusive of VAT, as we operate under a flat-rate taxation regime.

Returns & Cancellations
Since each piece is made to measure or in limited quantities:
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for documented manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receipt.
Cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
Cancelled orders will be refunded minus the Shopify credit card processing fee of 4.5%, which is not refunded to the seller.

Sizing & Fitting
VinNoir accepts no responsibility for incorrect fitting of garments when measurements are supplied by the customer.
If you are unsure about sizing, please get in touch. We will be happy to check your measurements and help determine the correct size.

For custom orders and made to measure, a detailed measurement chart will be sent via email.

Women's Size Chart

Measurement Guide:

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the bust.
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
• Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the ankle along the inside leg.
• Arm Length: Measure from the shoulder to the wrist along the outside arm.
• Thigh Circumference: Measure around the widest part of the thigh.
• Bicep Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm.

Your VinNoir Latex piece will be beautifully wrapped and carefully packaged to ensure its protection. We also guarantee discreet packaging for shipping, so your order arrives safely and privately.

Shipping Details

We ship worldwide using DHL or UPS, depending on availability.

VinNoir Latex is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by couriers or customs procedures in the destination country.

For the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries, any customs duties, VAT, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. The courier will provide details on the amount and payment method.

Estimated Delivery Times with express courier

• Italy: 1 – 3 business days

• Europe: 3 – 5 business days

• Non-EU Countries: 5 – 7 business days (excluding customs delays)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen service.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over 600€.

If the package is not collected and is automatically returned to us, the return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Latex Care
To keep your piece in perfect condition:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Use talc or specific latex lubricant.
Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap, dry with a soft cloth.
